This position specific clinic for OH/RS focuses on the complete skill set required to excel as an outside hitter or opposite. Athletes will develop both offensive and defensive abilities while learning what these positions need to contribute to the game. The clinic is intended to challenge players through higher pace drills and position specific training.
Some time will also be devoted to developping a more efficient, powerful, and consistent arm swing.
