Late Fall - November - January

  • LOCATION: Hillfield Strathallan College
  • DATES: Fridays – November 20th – January 29th (No sessions December 18, 25 or January 1)
  • PROGRAM: Skills Sessions and Gameplay (8 sessions) – 1.75 hours per week (Expanded from 80 minutes last year)
  • TIME: Group 1 *Grades 7&8 Only (6pm – 7:45pm)
  • COST: $332.50+HST

This program is open female athletes currently in Grade 7 or 8. There will be 8 teams of 8-9 athletes in the league.

Session 1: Admin, Intro, Team Forming (30 min) & Skills (75 min)
Session 2: Tshirts & Skills (60 min), Gameplay (Match 1)
Session 3: Skills (40 min), Gameplay (Match 2, 3)
Session 4: Skills (40 min), Gameplay (Matches 4, 5)
Session 5: Warm Up (15min), Gameplay (Matches 6, 7, 8)
Session 6: Warm Up (15min), Gameplay (Matches 9, 10, 11)
Session 7: Warm Up (15min), Gameplay (Matches 12, 13, 14)
Session 8: Playoffs & Awards

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS or MAKE UP DATES FOR SESSIONS CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
  • FRIEND REQUESTS CAN BE MADE AS PART OF REGISTRATION AFTER PAYMENT. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS.
  • Outdoor shoes will NOT be permitted.
  • Knee pads are recommended for all athletes.
