Smash SENIOR Academy Volleyball Advanced Grade 8's & All High School (Grades 9, 10 & 11)

WHEN:   Fridays (19 weeks) – From September 25 to March 5th

WHERE:  Nora Frances Henderson S.S. - 1770 Upper Sherman Ave. Hamilton

• Advanced Grade 8's & All High School (Grades 9, 10 & 11)  who are serious about volleyball and interested in improving their skills for their school teams or in the hopes of making a Rep team. 
• Multisport athletes who play another Rep sport and don’t have 2-3 nights a week for volleyball. 
• Athletes who tried out for a Rep team but didn’t make it. 
• Athletes who have participated in houseleague before but are ready to move beyond recreational programs.
• Athletes looking for more than gameplay.
• This program is NOT for beginners.

• 17 training and gameplay sessions from September to March
• 1.5 hours a week of Rep level skills training, technical development and team practice.
• Experienced Rep team and special guest coaches.
• Practice Shirts, Game Jersey, Backpack. 
• Two (2) evening tournaments after Week 8 & Week 18 of the program
• Access to additional private and small group training at a discount
• Participation in club events and activities

• Limited availability of Rep team roster spots.
• Increasing cost of travel sports.
• Lack of programs between Houseleagues and Rep.
• Sign up for 1 program for the whole season.
